HOW LONG DO PLACEMENTS TYPICALLY LAST?
There is a variety in assignment lengths, based on the needs of the companies in which our associates are placed. These can range from a few months to even years. TEC Group values the preferences of our associates and we work to make sure that we find the interim positions that make the best sense for our valuable talent. Our experienced recruiters make sure that the opportunities are aligned with your preferences and goals.

WHAT BENEFITS DO YOU OFFER?

WHEN DO BENEFITS START?
Your benefits will start on the first day of the month after you are hired. That means if you’re hired in the middle of the month, your benefits will begin on the first of the next.
HOW ARE PAYCHECKS DISBURSED?
Contract employees are paid weekly by TEC Group. Our pay schedule runs from Sunday through Saturday. Associates receive their paycheck or direct deposit each Friday, depending on your local mail service. Direct Placement associates are paid in accordance with the contract they are under.
TEC Group offers direct deposit options, paper checks by mail, and other options, as applicable.
